Traveling documents
Participation in the tourist program can be done on the basis of a valid identity document. Information on travel conditions in a particular country can be obtained from the respective country's embassy. In case of loss of travel documents, the tourist is obliged to obtain a provisional document, at his own expense.
Luggage
On the Airplane, the maximum weight of the luggage can be 15 kg. Hand baggage has limited volume and can be max. 5kg of weight. In case of loss of or damage to luggage, the tourist must contact the airline's representative immediately. For baggage is responsible the airline company, Backpack Agency has no responsibility of this aspect. The maximum weight for coaches is 15 kg. About the transport of bulky luggage on an airplane, information can be obtained from the airline.
Transfers
Transfers can be made by coach, minibus, or car, including taxi. During the transfer, tourists are responsible for their own luggage.
Coaches
We transport the tourists by own coaches or by authorized carriers. The coaches are classified with an audio-video installation, air conditioning and toilet. It is possible that in special cases, it is necessary to change the coach initially provided for the trip. In such situations it is possible that the coach does not have all the initial equipment (video, toilet, etc.). In order to ensure optimal comfort, we recommend that tourists do not use the toilet in the coach unless in emergencies. The racing schedule provides for sufficient stops in car parks equipped with the toilet, and the attendants can decide to stop the coach outside the set schedule. The boarding points and departure times are provided in the trip schedule.
